Who We Are
Build Alaska’s Future Education Fund (BAFEF) is a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the administration’s agenda through education, outreach, and advocacy on critical policy issues. BAFEF promotes good governance, public engagement, and civic participation, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of critical infrastructure initiatives across Alaska.
BAFEF stands resolutely in the moderate middle, advocating for landmark legislation and infrastructure investments that create economic opportunities, ensure safety and security, and advance Alaskans’ quality of life. By supplying information and education about federal policies and initiatives affecting Alaska, BAFEF creates opportunities for dialogue between decision-makers and Alaskans, ensuring that the benefits of infrastructure development reach every corner of the state and fostering equitable growth.
Community Partnerships
BAFEF leverages partnerships with organizations such as iHeart Media, IBEW, Fairbanks Labor Training School, Rural CAP, and the Alaska Municipal League to amplify our educational efforts. We accept grants and donations for public education, channeling the energy and commitment of our volunteers into the nonpartisan development, discussion, and implementation of positive public policy.
